On each point’s page, the “Wrong info?” link opens an e-mail with the page address already in the subject. Tell us what is wrong and, if you can, how you know (a photo of the opening hours on the door, the carrier’s own page). We usually fix it with the next data update.

We are not a carrier. We cannot track parcels, change a delivery, accept complaints or answer questions about customs or prices. Please contact the carrier directly; its official website is linked on its page here. See the disclaimer.
